Scheduling Your Blood Draw With LabSavvyIQ:

1) Enter your zip code or address, choose "Routine Labwork from the drop down and select "Search."

2) A list of options will appear, choose the preferred location and select "Make Appointment."

Fasting Tests (8 hour fasting):
Lipid Panel
Triglycerides
GGT
Glucose 
Basic Metabolic Panel
Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
 

3) Select your fasting status for the appointment, then selected "Choose Date and Time."
Below are tests that require fasting, if these tests have not been ordered for you select "no" for fasting.

Follow the steps below when scheduling your blood draw to ensure proper billing.

4) Select your desired date and time for blood draw and then select "Next."

5) Enter your personal information and select "Next."

6) On the "Financial Details" screen select "I have already paid, or someone else is responsible" and then select "Next."

7) Review your information and appointment details and select "Make Appointment."
